We use the minimum cookies needed to run the platform, and one anonymous signal to understand product traction. We do not use third-party advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or any mechanism that ties a person across sites.
Strictly necessary (always on)
Auth session. Set by Supabase Auth when you sign in. Required to keep you signed in across pages. Removed when you sign out or after 7 days of inactivity.
Active entity. Stored in localStorage (not a cookie technically) so when you switch between companies in the entity switcher, the choice persists across reloads. Stays on your device; never sent to us.
Analytics (you can opt out)
Visitor signal. A single first-party cookie that records when a returning visitor lands on the marketing site, anonymised at source. We use it to count unique pageviews vs sessions, and nothing else. No demographic data, no behavioural tracking, no profile construction. Opt out via the consent banner at first visit.
What we don't use
No Google Analytics. No Facebook Pixel. No LinkedIn Insight Tag. No advertising cookies. No third-party retargeting. If a third-party cookie ever appears on a Juniper OS page, that is a bug — please email us so we can fix it.
