These terms govern your use of Juniper OS, an AI cofounder platform operated by Juniper Enterprises Holdings Limited (registered in England & Wales, company registration to be finalised before first paid invoice).
By signing up for any tier — including the free Spark trial — you agree to be bound by these terms. If you don't agree, don't sign up.
The product
Juniper OS is software-as-a-service. Each customer gets an AI cofounder agent and a team of nine specialist agents who operate on the customer's behalf within authority gates the customer sets. Material decisions (financial commitments above threshold, regulatory filings, data deletion, contractual documents, new integrations, team permission changes) require explicit human approval — these are non-overridable rails baked into the platform.
Pricing & refunds
Pricing for paid tiers (Start / Run / Scale) is published on /pricing. Spark is free for 7 days with no card required. Paid tiers carry a 90-day customer-or-refund promise: complete 10 of the 12 milestones on the Founder Path during your first 90 days, and if you don't have a paying customer in that window, we refund every penny on request. The promise applies once per customer, on first sign-up.
Data, security, GDPR
All customer data is stored in Supabase (Postgres) in the eu-west-2 region (UK). Encrypted at rest with AES-256, in transit with TLS 1.3. Tenant isolation is enforced by Postgres Row-Level Security at the database layer — application code cannot bypass it. Customer data is never sold, shared, or used for training third-party models. Full data export is available via the GDPR Export feature; permanent deletion (post 30-day grace period) is available via GDPR Delete.
For the full version of these terms, including liability caps, jurisdiction (England & Wales), and dispute resolution clauses, please see the canonical page below — that's the one that's enforceable.
