These terms govern your use of Juniper OS at juniperos.co.uk. The operator is Juniper Enterprises Holdings Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 15631236). Registered office: Cn House, Brooks Drive, Cheadle Royal Business Park, Cheadle, Cheshire, United Kingdom, SK8 3TD. We are UK-based.

By creating an account or paying for a seat you agree to these terms on behalf of your business. If you do not agree, do not use Juniper OS.

Business use

You buy Juniper OS as a business. These terms are for business customers. Consumer cancellation rights for leisure purchases do not apply. You confirm you have authority to bind the business named on the account.

Juniper OS is for owner-run UK businesses. You may use it from elsewhere, but the contract is still with a UK company and English law applies.

The product

Juniper OS is a paid software subscription. It is an AI co-founder that drafts work, watches the file and waits for you to decide. It does not replace your judgement. You stay responsible for what leaves the business.

You choose one seat per business, billed each month. Starter is £197. Co-founder is £497. Transform is £1,200. Prices are shown with no VAT because Juniper Enterprises Holdings Limited is not VAT registered. Yearly at 20% off is a sentence on the site, not a charge, unless a later signed price says otherwise.

How actions work

Talk can draft. Talk never claims to have acted unless an audit record exists. Money, legal and customer sends default to Manual control. Those sends need your Approve before they leave.

Today shows what is waiting. You can Approve or Hold. After you Approve an outbound send, the product holds it for 10 seconds so you can Undo. Consent records and the audit log keep what you accepted and what ran.

You are responsible for reading drafts before you Approve. If you Approve, you accept that the send or write may go out in your name.

AI limits

Model output can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Juniper OS does not give regulated legal, tax or financial advice. Check filings, contracts, invoices and numbers against your own records before you rely on them.

Prompts and the business context needed for a reply are sent to the model providers we actually use: Anthropic, OpenAI and xAI. We use their API terms. Those published API policies say customer API data is not used to train their models unless you opt in with that provider. We do not opt in. Billing, renewal and cancellation

Seats are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. There is no free trial. The subscription rolls each month until you cancel.

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops the next charge. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not pro-rate unused days after that paid period, except as set out in the Refunds policy.

If a payment fails, we may retry through Stripe and then pause paid features until the invoice is settled. Pause stops Approve. It does not stop Talk.

Refunds

If you ask within 14 days of your first payment, we refund that first payment in full. After that we do not give partial refunds, except where Juniper is at fault, such as a material outage or a billing error. The Refunds policy is the short version of this rule.

Acceptable use

Do not use Juniper OS to break the law, to send spam, to impersonate someone, to attack a system, or to upload data you have no right to process. Do not try to bypass Approve, Hold, the 10 second hold, or the audit log. Do not probe other customers' data.

We may suspend an account that breaches this section. We will say so through the product or the contact form where we reasonably can.

Your data and your clients

You own the business file you put in Juniper OS. Where that file includes personal data about your own clients, you are the controller and we are the processor. The Data Processing Addendum applies to that processing.

Liability

We provide Juniper OS with reasonable care. We do not promise a particular business result. To the fullest extent English law allows, our total liability to you in any 12 month period is the fees you paid us for Juniper OS in the 12 months before the claim.

We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Those limits stay as the law requires.

You remain responsible for tax, filings, contracts and money that leaves your business after you Approve.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page is the current one. If a change is material we will ask you to accept the new version before you keep using a paid seat. The accepted version is stored against your account.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek interim relief in any court if we need to protect the service.
