Refunds policy

This is the short refunds rule for Juniper OS, operated by Juniper Enterprises Holdings Limited (company number 15631236). It sits with the Terms.

First payment

If you ask within 14 days of your first payment, we refund that first payment in full. Tell us through the contact form. We refund to the same Stripe payment method.

After the first 14 days

Later months are not refunded in part. If you cancel, the current paid period still runs. The next charge stops. You keep access until that paid period ends.

When we will still refund

We will refund or correct a charge where Juniper is at fault. That means a material outage that stopped you using the product you paid for, or a billing error such as a double charge or the wrong seat.

What this is not

There is no free trial. There is no cooling-off right for a consumer leisure purchase. You buy as a business. Prices are shown with no VAT because we are not VAT registered.
