How long does onboarding take?
- About five minutes. There are no forms or setup wizards. You have a conversation with Juniper OS, it researches your business in the background, and your dashboard is already structured for your industry by the time the first morning briefing lands.
Can I use Juniper OS for multiple businesses?
- Yes. Growth plan supports 2-5 businesses at £797 per month each. Empire plan supports 6 or more at £547 per month each. Each business gets separate data isolation, its own AI agent team, and an independent dashboard.
Is Juniper OS GDPR compliant?
- Yes. Juniper OS processes data in the UK and EU (Supabase eu-west-2), implements row-level security at the database level on every tenant-scoped table, provides one-click data export, and is registered with the ICO. Every agent action is logged to an immutable audit trail.
Where is my data stored?
- In UK and EU data centres. Supabase is the database provider and data is held in the eu-west-2 region. All 129 tables have row-level security turned on with 297 access policies enforcing tenant isolation.
Who owns the data in my account?
- You do. You can export every record at any time from the Settings page. Permanent deletion requires explicit confirmation and has a 30-day recovery window in case you change your mind.
Can Juniper OS make payments or send messages without my approval?
- Only if you explicitly set its authority level to Full Auto for that kind of action. By default Juniper OS drafts the work and surfaces it for your approval. Financial commitments over a threshold you set always require approval regardless of its authority tier, and permanent data deletion and outbound communications default to needing your nod.
How does the agent team work?
- Every business gets a Co-Founder agent (Juniper OS) plus a set of specialists — finance, sales, operations, marketing, legal, HR, support, strategy, and web/CRM. Specialists never talk to the customer directly. They report to Juniper OS, and Juniper OS relays everything back to you in one consistent voice.
Can I pause an agent?
- Yes. The Agents page lets you pause or resume any specialist at any time. Paused agents stop running and any live sessions are terminated immediately. You can resume them whenever you want — they pick up exactly where they left off.
Can I add my own specialist agent?
- Yes, subject to your plan limits. Founder includes 4 agents, Growth includes all 10, and Empire includes unlimited agents with custom spawning. Ask Juniper OS in chat (for example: "I need a procurement agent") and it will walk you through creating one.
What happens if I hit my monthly AI message cap?
- Juniper OS tells you in advance — it warns at 80% and at 95% of your cap. If you hit 100%, new messages are soft-blocked with a clear upgrade link, but nothing you already have in progress is disrupted. Caps reset on the first of every calendar month.
What integrations does Juniper OS support?
- Stripe, Xero, QuickBooks, WhatsApp Business, Gmail, Google Calendar, Shopify, and Google Drive are supported out of the box. Founder includes 3 integrations, Growth and Empire include unlimited.
Does Juniper OS work outside the UK?
- Yes. The platform is currency-, timezone- and locale-aware. UK regulatory knowledge is built in today; non-UK compliance is guided by the customer during onboarding.
Can I cancel any time?
- Yes. Cancel from the Settings page. Access continues until the end of the current billing period, then your data is held for a 30-day recovery window before permanent deletion.
